  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. A standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies for orders below this amount.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 days.
  • Customized Products Delivery: 15-20 days.
  • International Delivery7-15 days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues.

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing an item:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
