Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. A standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies for orders below this amount.
International Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 5-7 days.
Customized Products Delivery: 15-20 days.
International Delivery: 7-15 days, depending on the destination.

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing an item:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving the package.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will investigate and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
