Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@miranijewels.com or call us at +91 9752126622 with your order details.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
- Shipping Back: Securely pack the item and send it using a trackable courier service.
- Inspection & Processing: If damaged / defective / replacement products are approved, then it will be done and delivered within 5-7 days.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges and any applicable handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange your item for another, please specify the new item’s details.
- The price of the new item has to be equal to greater than the item you wish to exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days with clear images of the product.
- We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
